India – Part 2 – Indian Films

Dear readers,
I am a great fan of Hindi films. I remeber when i used to be a kid, i used to see 3 movies a day. The industry here is known as Bollywood and is based in Mumbai.Huge number of movies are produced here and this is one of the biggest industries in india.Needless to mention here that Mr. Amitabh is my all time favorite – Well,not only mine,but my 3 and half years daugher -Pooja loves and adores him.Then next in the list is the great King Khan (Sharukh Khan) followed by Aamir,Salman,Hritik and many others.Regarding the heroines,do we need to get suprised that my favorite is Madhuri Dixit. My favorite movies are Sholay,Don,Trishul,Hum Aap Ke Hain Kaun,and many others.Here,in this blog, i will try to give you some links which may be useful for you to either get an update on Bollywood or related items like Music,Images etc.

India – Part 1

Dear readers,

I am from India, the biggest Democracy in the world. India has a very rich history dating back to centuries.India now in 2008 is very different than the India i know when i was born in 1970, in Marredpally,Secunderabad/Hyderabad.Those days we had independent houses to live in. Now there is no much of space for any individual houses. High rise apartments have come in the place of those small yet beautiful houses. All this in the name of Economic Development in India.I remember my walk to my school those days – St.Johns Church High School. We (Me and couple of friends) used to walk down having some samosas and used to take us no time. Now with the Long and Big cars, it may take more time as the traffic has gone up beyond imagination.There are Buses, Cars, Bikes, Scooters, Autos which fill all the roads.

However the charm of Hyderabad and Secunderabad is still intact.You can still feel the warmth of the people in Hyderabad,India.We,Hyderabadis,are known for our Friendliness to every human being.Hyderabad is also famous for Biryani and Bangles in addition to Pearls.
